1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our towing and roadside assistance services in the Brazos Valley, including College Station, Bryan, Navasota, and surrounding areas in Texas. The Site is for informational purposes only. Actual towing, roadside assistance, or related services are arranged separately by contacting us by phone or in person and are subject to separate agreements, pricing, and availability. We do not provide services directly through the Site.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations (including those of Texas).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Grimes County or Brazos County, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms are not intended to create any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
